Since 2001 - give or take the odd year - I have been photographing and interviewing celebrities (and people from the Beatles/Liverpool scene) about their favourite Beatles album.

"The Music Was The Thing" is my tribute to the ongoing influence of the Fab Four, which I plan to turn into a book in the future.

In 2008 The Hard Days Night Hotel in Liverpool licenced my photographs to form part of a long term exhibtion.

Participants so far include:
Elton John, Pete Doherty, Tom Jones, Sir Ranulph Fiennes, Burt Bacharach, Bill Wyman, Donovan, Benjamin Zephaniah, The Proclaimers and many more...

The selection above features of some of my favourite entries to date. They were chosen either because I'm pleased with the photo or because I enjoyed meeting and interviewing the subject...sometimes both.
